Month: June 2016

After three years we finally have hydrangeas in our yard to cut! Our Endless Summer ones are doing great and continue to bloom so I’ve been able to start cutting them which I LOVE! And our Bombshell ones are blooming like crazy so I’ve been able to cut lots of those finally now too!

We are excited to be introducing our first ever personalized sign featuring the verse from Joshua 24:15, “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.” For this sign we can personalize it with the last name and year of your choice! Not only would this be great in your own home, it also would make a wonderful anniversary or wedding gift.

We have had the floor bare in the kitchen for quite a while now but I kept thinking it would be nice to try and add something in here to add a little warmth to the space. We found this rug at Rugs Studio and even though it had a plum accent color in it instead of the navy I was hoping for I decided to give it a try  because I loved the vintage style pattern of it.

We had lots of fun this spring helping our friend’s Christina and Evan with a room for their sweet little girl, Amelia and adorable little boy Zeke. They have a new baby girl on the way wanted to get ready for her arrival by getting a room ready for Amelia and Zeke to share (and then eventually Amelia and her new little sister).

I hope you all had a lovely weekend! We’ve got a busy week ahead with lots of guest coming so I thought today I would share a couple more things we have switched around in our guest room. I am still working on some finishing touches for the bedding and the desk wall and will share the full room once I do those but for today wanted to share the nightstands that we added to room.
