I hope you all are having a wonderful week. Sorry- I have literally spent all of ten minutes on my computer these past few days so I still haven’t finished catching up on e-mails and am way behind on blog reading but I just wanted to do a quick post with the last of my Easter projects this year. I made this wreath using two different tutorials from Jones Design Company.  You can find the first tutorial if you click here and the second one of you click here. I used a cotton fabric instead of burlap because I didn’t have enough burlap left from my last project and didn’t feel like heading out to get more. I already had all of the supplies except for the wreath form so I was able to do this whole wreath for just $3.50! I really like how it looks in real life, but it was hard to photograph for some reason.  (For a tutorial on the moss letters click here).

And here is the “He Is Risen” print. I had hoped to play around with it some more because it is a little more modern/graphic looking than I normally like it has been a bit hectic here the last few days so I am just going to go ahead and put it up like this. I still haven’t been able to figure out how to upload PDF files so these are just really large JPG’s and hopefully will print out okay, although they may be a little blurry – sorry! Once I figure out how to do PDF’s I will start uploading prints that way.

Now I am going to try to get my porch finished before the baby arrives! I hope you all have a fabulous week! I also wanted to wish my parents a very happy 30th anniversary today! I love you!!!!!

  3. Pretty dining room. I love the calmness of it, and I had never noticed the two toned console. Did you paint that? I didn't get to post on your back porch table settings, but I thought the bright colored pillows matched the bright plates you weren't so thrilled with. Anyway it all looked wonderful. Just came back from seeing my 1 yr old twin nieces, and I could not get a decent pic of them together. and the house is like a bomb went off~! I did think of you and wonder how you do it?! I am in awe of anyone with little independent minded kids who is able to take pics and blog and present such a beautiful home. xxoo

As for the file uploading.. save the file in the Pdf format.. and in this case the multiple colors.. zip them together and the load them up to a free flie server like 4shared ( it's the one I use but there a tons of others).. then leave the link here so people to download as they want. Easy peasy πŸ™‚

  11. I love the way you decorate and how your house looks so well put together. We are going to be buying a new house soon and I was wondering if you did consultations online like from pictures. Of if you could share your favorite paint colors and brands. Any help would be wonderful. I know that you are busy with your new baby, but I thought I would at least ask.
    Thanks

  12. In Risen you take on the role of a nameless (male) hero castaway on the fictitious volcanic tropical island of Faranga. The island is originally only inhabited by humans and animals. However, recent storms and volcanic eruptions cause ancient temple ruins to rise from the ground unearthing long hidden areas such as catacombs and dungeons. From these "Risen" ruins strange and fantastic creatures begin to spill out across the island.
